What is your return policy?
If a return is needed it must be done within 15 days of the product delivery date. As per company
policy, there will be no cash or electronic refunds or exchanges unless approved by Secure Me
Solutions in writing. We have the right to refuse any refund or exchange. A restocking charge of up
to 20% may be charged on the return of approved merchandise.


When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as the order has been placed, we will charge it to your card.


How will I know when my order has been shipped?
IF there is a tracking number given to us, we will provide it to you.


How do I track my order?
On the home page, click on "Order Status" in the upper right hand corner. Then log in, and type the tracking number and you can see where it's at.
