SALES AGREEMENT:
Secure Me Solutions LLC sells some products for business use to customers with business
identification. Identification required from all customers. Possession of, or access to, any Secure
Me Solutions LLC catalog, literature or websites does not constitute the right to purchase from Secure
Me Solutions. We reserve the right to correct publishing errors. All references herein to the term
“products” shall include services provided by Secure Me Solutions LLC.

Prices.
Prices listed do not include freight, or taxes and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change
without notice. During the checkout process freight and sales tax (if applicable) will be added on.
If an item price is $0.00 the item is not free: the price is being updated or added to the
database. The only "free" items are sample tags which have a $0.00 value in the cart.

Sales Tax.
Illinois customers are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing a valid sales tax
exemption certificate.

Payment Terms.
Secure Me Solutions LLC accepts cash, PayPal, business checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. All new customers are prepay only, absolutely no exceptions. For
customers with established credit, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment or
pick-up. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. We have the right of set-off and deduction for any
sums owed. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, Secure Me Solutions may
defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of
unshipped order. Secure Me Solutions LLC retains title to and security in all the merchandise describe
in the invoice until the full amount of said invoice has been paid. Should it become necessary for
Secure Me Solutions LLC to retain the merchandise labor costs will be charged for the uninstallation

Warranty.
New items come with a one year warranty by Secure Me Solutions LLC against mechanical or electrical
failure. Refurbished items also come with a one year warranty from Secure Me Solutions. All used
equipment comes with a 6 month warranty. ALL items come with unlimited phone support from our
technical support team during normal business hours.

Returns & Exchanges
If a return is needed it must be done within 15 days of the product delivery date. As per company
policy, there will be no cash or electronic refunds or exchanges unless approved by Secure Me
Solutions in writing. We have the right to refuse any refund or exchange. A restocking charge of up
to 20% may be charged on the return of approved merchandise.

SERVICE VISITS:
Service/technician visits are charged by the job not by the hour. It is quoted based on the systems,
location, and amount of technicians needed. Any parts or electronics that are need to fulfill the job
will be added to the original estimate and/or invoice. Relocations are charged as a new installation
and uninstallation costs may occur. Any high voltage will be done by a licensed electrician. It is the
sole responsibility of the client to provide a working dedicated 110V outlet for some EAS systems.
We may sub-contract some installation work to others to complete the job in a timley manner.

CCTV & REMOTE SURVEILLANCE INSTALLATIONS:
CCTV items follow the same warranty as specified above. If the DVR requires an Internet
connection to provide remote surveillance. The Internet connection is the sole responsibility of the
client to provide. The connection cannot be dial-up and must be at least 768K DSL line or faster.
Your network company may need to be contacted, please have their information ready. Camera
placement is judge by our experience and the client will sign an approval before installation.
Secure Me Solutions LLC will connect the DVR to the router in order to provide remote viewing. We are
NOT responsible for your network issues, cash registers, or anything else other than the DVR unit
itself. It is the responsibility of the owner to keep the equipment clean and free of dust and other
obstructions. If the products fail due to dust that will void the warranty. Some installations and
services may need to be done after hours. Please make sure you have someone of authority there
to supervise the technician and be able to sign off on the invoice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT, SHALL SECURE ME SOLUTIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BYE THE
CLIENT OR THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR STRICT
LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SECURE ME SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF THE CLIENT IS DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE
(S) OR INSTALLATION(S) WITH ANY TERMS, CONDITIONS, RULES, POLICIES, GUIDELINES, OR
PRACTICES OF SECURE ME SOLUTIONS IN OPERATING THE SERVICE(S), THE CLIENT CAN
TERMINATE SECURE ME SOLUTIONS LLC FROM COMPLETING THE JOB. SECURE ME SOLUTION’S
ENTIRE LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM OR LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE FROM ANY CAUSE
WHATSOEVER, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED SUMS ACTUALLY PAID TO SECURE ME
SOLUTIONS BY THE CLIENT. SECURE ME SOLUTIONS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE FAILURE OR
DELAY IN PERFORMING ITS OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER, IF SUCH FAILURE OR DELAY ARE
DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS RESPONSIBLE CONTROL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENTAL BODY, WAR, SABOTAGE, EMBARGO, FIRE,
FLOOD, STRIKE OR LABOR DISPUTES, OR THE INABILITY TO OBTAIN THE EQUIPMENT
NEEDED FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES DESCRIBED IN THIS CONTRACT/INVOICE.
